I am getting Error "Failed to get a pass to upload the etl file." from my appservice Azure

@NikhilKumar-1310, can you please share additional details about this issue, for example:

1. What are you trying to do, when you get this error?

2. where are you getting this error from? ApplicationInsights Workspace/logs, Visual Studio etc.?

3. Is this something that has ever worked? Is the issue always reproducible?

4. If possible, can you please share steps to reproduce this issue?
