Protocol Error - Logoff UDP session - RDP Shortpath

Hello,

we get a protocol error when sessions are logoff. See screenshot.

This happens only when we had a UDP session with RDP Shortpath (managed network). A TCP sessions gives no protocol error.

If have test with Windows 2019, 10 and 11 clients and serveral versions Remote desktop clients. All have the protocol error message when the users logoff an UPD session.

Hello @SanderWalraven-5420 ,
Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft QnA. Happy to answer your question.
This is a known issue. Can you try to switch the host pool into validation environment? That should fix the issue with a newer RD Agent version.

Hope this helps.
