Searches without an answer on a Sharepoint modern communication site

I have checked all the parameters indicated by Yanli Jiang - MSFT and I discovered they were all set to OK.
But the problem remains: key terms that exist in my list appear on the list of Searches without result, as if someone has searched for them but has not found them in my list.
Can you, please, provide me more help on this issues?
I have also discovered that not all my researches appear in the list of popular results. It seems not all the searches made by users on the site appear in the reports provided by Sharepoint in Search Center.
Can you, please, fix this problems?

I have not reproduced this issue on my server, to do some troubleshooting,

Please check what is the type of the column the key terms belong to? Is it Number column, single text column or something else?

Which search box are you using? Search box in homepage or in list?

Have you waited for enough time to do some search queries after the items are created or modified?

I have checked, the type of column: it is single text column.
I am using both the search box in home page and in the list.

I noticed that if I create a site column which is not mapped to a managed property, then we could not get the result by search. So you could check that whether theses columns are site columns.

If you are using a site column, please make sure this column has been mapped to a managed property. For example, you could use "RefinableString00" to map single line of text column.

(SharePoint Admin Center > More features > search > Manage search schema

Search for the site column name you add:

After complete mapping, you could reindex the site by site settings > search > search and offline avilability > Reindex site and go to list settings > Advanced settings > Reindex list, the process could be a little long, just wait. And when you search for the site column, you need to add the managed property, for example: I search RefinableDecimal09:1 for the site column which is number column type.

I'm trying to implement the solution you gave me.
I would need the name for "RefinableString00" in French, because the parameters of my site are in French.
I would also like to know where I could find this partition: "Search for the site column name you add".

You could search for "00", then select the manage property which type is text:

As to "Search for the site column name you add", just click "Add a mapping" I showed in the above screenshot.

I have managed to enter into the property:

but it doesnt allow me to add a Mapping (Ajouter une mappage en Francais).

The options for Add a mapping are inactive, I think I would need a higher level of authorization to access them.

The scrrenshot you provided could not be viewed on my server, could you check that again please?

What's more, you could try to create a custom managed properties for "Text", here is an article for you:
