Not all emails transferred to online archive are showing under online archive in outlook but they are seen in office 365 archive

We have a user that we enabled online archiving 6 months ago. On her Windows 10 computer running Office 365 E3 outlook, we see the online archive folder and the inbox containig the many folders and subfolders that were replicated from her inbox. However, we observed that the subfolders on one folder, does not have all the emails showing. They all seem to stop at 2 years ago, 2020 and does not show anymore after that. We tried building a separate outlook profile on a different computer for the same user. The online archive came up but again, those same subfolders had the same issue.
We checked office 365 for the user and her online archive that was there and we found that the emails under the subfolders did show up and was complete. Can you give us direction to solve the mystery of emails missing on the outlook app itself? I tried reinstalling the office 365 E3 suite, and made sure it was 64bit version running on our Windows 10 64bit computer.

What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
In order to better solve your problem, would you like to provide more information about your issue for our better research?
- How did you archive? Archive manually? Or with some Retention tags and Retention Policies?
We checked office 365 for the user and her online archive that was there and we found that the emails under the subfolders did show up and was complete.
Where did you check and find the emails under the subfolders show up and was complete? If possible, please provide the screenshot about it for our better research. (In order to avoid the disclosure of your privacy, please remember to hide your personal information).
- In addition, considering the impact of archive storage, please check whether the user's archive space is not enough to accommodate more messages.
