The SSIS package execution crashes with COM+ error from DTExec.exe. It happened randomly during the SSIS package execution. 
This happens only after the installation of KB5002160. When the mentioned patch is removed, the SSIS package is able to execute successfully till the end.
Now, there's a risk where patches are applied in near future, our SSIS application may just break. Any advices? Would there be a fix for this patch?
