unable to view usage cost by azure billing and cost managment portal

Hi Azure billing team.

I got Microsoft SMS alert that payment of INR 18 K is pending. So i would like to know why is being charged of INR 18 thousand, I created microsoft account and subscribed for azure services on 19 feb, 2022 and deleted on 14 march2022 including all the module which has been used during the testing.

I didn't exceed the free tier limit of Microsoft product but surprised to see the bill of INR 18 thousand.

I am unable to see the usage cost by azure billing portal. When i go to azure billing section get error. neither able to raise support ticket from there, when i click on help & Support option to raise a ticket , time watch machine keep spinning.

I called to Microsoft customer care number many times but always get a message " line is busy"

Please is there any one from billing dept who can help me on this issue.

I do understand that you have raised concern over 18k billing on your Azure subscription that were once used and are now deleted. To resolve this issue, we need to perform billing validation through Azure billing support.

Looking at the error details it seems that you do not have appropriate/restrictions permissions on this subscription that blocks you from raising a support request. Could you kindly check with your subscription owner to grant you access to raise billing support request?

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

Thank you very much Sadiqh Ahmed for your reply.

I am the only subscription owner. I created azure account through yahoo email address and subscribed for free and Pay As you go service.

there is no other user or email address were used to register/subscribe azure service.

i can still remember when i was going to delete azure resource group, tenant etc that time cost and billing portal were showing INR 0. I know because i never exceed the free tier limit of any service.

If i would have exceeded the limit then i should get payment alert on March, because I created account on 19 Feb 2022 and deleted on 14 March 2022 so billing should generate next month cycle ie March.

Please note - I am unable to raise support ticket through azure portal. As i click on help and support get error of authentication. Please see in screen-shot once again![195651-1.jpg][1]

please help how can i get resolve this issue.

My apology i was not able to see the reply. issue is not resolved yet.

I am writing to you as per your advise. I want to understand first why I have been charged 18 thousand INR. as i stated above that , i didn't use any service where i have to pay. If i get full details of usages then would easy for me to understand .
