I just upgraded Azure cloud to pay as you go but when I create a Virtual Machine I am unable to size it

I get an error unable to use this size in your region or subscription.

Hello, @JamesMcAllister-9795!

You may notice that some VM sizes are unavailable for certain subscription types in your region as it experiences high demand. While we are working around the clock to increase capacity, you can create your VM resources in neighboring regions during these periods of high demand or create a support request to get expert guidance.

when I put my cursor over the i symbol in the list I get this size is not available in Canada East for this subscription.
It doesn't matter which region I pick or what size I pick it seems the subscription is not being recognized.
