Unable to connect to Hyper-V VMs.

I am facing an issue for months now where in I am unable to connect to any VM that i create on Hyper-V. It is throwing an error "An Authentication error has occurred. One or More of the parameters passed to the function was invalid" and it give me an option click "OK". Then it pops up with a new message saying "Cannot connect to the virtual machine. Try to connect again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator. Would you like to try connecting again?"
I have already tried almost everything i could find on google for CredSSP.

OS :: Windows 10 Pro
Version :: 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1645)

Hyper-V Manager
Version: 10.0.19041.1

Note: I tried contacting Microsoft. One of the level 2 guys asked to do a OS reinstallation, which I did and had no effect what so ever. Next time i was promised a call back from level 3 tech who never called me.

Hi SagarSinhmar,

Here's a few thing to look out for.

  1. Hardware and Software -
    a. Make sure your computer has enough hardware requirements for the VM.
    b. Make sure you have the right version of the VM software that is compatible with your OS.

Hi @TranKyle-0156,

It was working before Microsoft decided on 15th Feb to push an update and ruin what was already working. That being said I have following Hardware:
CPU :: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz
RAM :: 32 GB
Guest OS :: Win 2019 and Redhat 8 (Both of these used to work)
