Unable to view/edit Content Scan Job

I've been in the AIP resource enough to know it takes time for things to come up sometimes, but recently I've been unable to edit or view any of our created content scan jobs. The page will render after about 10 minutes and the current jobs will turn yellow (ready to click). I click and have waited for over 30 minutes but nothing happens.
The same results come from trying to create a new scan job.

One of the nodes is currently scanning, but it's not tied to the scan job/repo/node that I'm trying to view.

The other four scanner options seem to render rather quickly.

Any ideas?

Are you able to share a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Have you checked the detailed report to see if the file is still growing and checked the other troubleshooting steps in Troubleshoot Your Scanner?

If I click either scan job, nothing happens. My expectations would be to be able to edit it. Again, I get the same results when I choose +add.

Thanks for the details. When you click it do you see any errors in your Azure notifications or in the console in your Network logs?

Also, do you get the same result in every browser? I would try it in the Brave browser to see if the same issue occurs.

Odd I'm having to use a specific browser to use this function, but that did work. Thank you for the suggestion.

As mentioned, I am adding the question summary and resolution:


Issue: Unable to view/edit Content Scan Job
The page renders after about 10 minutes and the jobs turn yellow. After clicking on the content scan jobs, nothing happens and it is not possible to edit them.

Resolution
Switching to the Brave browser made the the content scan jobs editable. This is likely due to an issue with the browser cache or cookies.

A note for others who may be searching for the same problem: this can also happen if you do not have the right roles assigned and you are viewing the dashboard in "Read Only" mode. In this case the solution would be to confirm that the right roles are assigned to the user, or create a support case if the roles are assigned but the jobs still are not editable.
