As mentioned, I am adding the question summary and resolution:
Issue: Unable to view/edit Content Scan Job
The page renders after about 10 minutes and the jobs turn yellow. After clicking on the content scan jobs, nothing happens and it is not possible to edit them.
Resolution
Switching to the Brave browser made the the content scan jobs editable. This is likely due to an issue with the browser cache or cookies.
A note for others who may be searching for the same problem: this can also happen if you do not have the right roles assigned and you are viewing the dashboard in "Read Only" mode. In this case the solution would be to confirm that the right roles are assigned to the user, or create a support case if the roles are assigned but the jobs still are not editable.
