PCIe Expansion w/M.2 SSD not showing as usable storage.

I just installed a PCIe M.2 Expansion card with a Samsung 970 Evo plus, but it is not showing up as a usable storage drive. I downloaded the Samsung Magician software and it's showing up like it's installed into the system. I can't figure out how to set it up to use for storage. I'm not trying to use it as a boot drive just extra storage. I looked in the bios for something but honestly not sure what I'm looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

Disc manager as admin
Right-click on uninitialized drive
[New volume]

went through set up wizard
[Solved]
