ODBC for Macbook pro M1

I have installed the ODBC Driver for Mac as described in Install the Microsoft ODBC driver for SQL Server (macOS). The article says that the ODBC Manager would be installed. I have verified via the home-brew list of installations that ODBC is installed: 195742-image.png

However I can't find an ODBC Manager to add sources.

Any ideas?
