The error states that windows is unable to find the .NET source files that are needed for the installation.
My best suggestion would be to make a new installer and reïnstall Windows, (BTW, Good luck with 4GB of ram...)
Hello... this is a brand new device. Thank you for wishing me good luck. This is not a PC, but a Windows 10 Tablet which will be running only one light application for unattended use. So 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory disk is more than better, in fact, neither memory nor disk can be increased (I have even used a 2 GB device with this application and it was running for about 3 years now).
Windows was installed from factory so I don't have source files. I had this same problem with other device before and the solution was to restore Windows using the Factory Reset feature in Windows. After that, I was able to update system. I am looking for other solution without the need of factory reset since this is a brand new. I tried to update Windows just after the initial set up wizard.

Jaime
