Upgrade Windows 10 20H2 to 21H2 with all installed langugae packs

Hi,

We need to upgrade Windows 10 20H2 multiple languages to 21H2 but retain all of the installed language packs and keep the display language for user.

None of the Windows 10 20H2 machines have access to the internet to download any of the language packs. Only have access to SCCM and also we do not allow updates for the language packs, the machine also doesn't have any access to the windows store.

I have created packages for all of the language packs (Client LP and FoD) which are used within the business but I don't know how to apply them while the machine is being upgraded.

You can perform an upgrade by using the following method.

Create a collection based on Windows version.

Delploy language packs to the Windows 10 21H2 machines (collection)

Have you tried using the enablement package? It should be very quick. 20H2 & 21H2 use the same language packs and LXP files. You should be able to run the enablement, and go right to 21H2 in a few minutes.

You should be able to use that blog to see where to grab the enablement package, and then test.
