How to use where condition in SSRS Expression

Hi
Need help in SSRS Expression. Please refer attached image. The table is overall compliant status for all servers (auto and manual collection). I want compliant status for manual servers only. Please help SSRS statement where Collection_name = "Manual Server"

Current expression statement is

=Count(Fields!Compliant_Status.Value) / Count(Fields!Compliant_Status.Value, "Tablix9")
