Microsoft Teams load forever

Hello,
I have a problem with Microsoft Teams, whenever I enter "Teams" view it shows a loading spinner and is stuck on the loading animation.
The browser is being spammed with errors.

The network tab shows:

HTTP 500 for
https://teams.microsoft.com/api/mt/emea/beta/users/aggregatedNotifications

and 401 for
https://teams.microsoft.com/api/mt/emea/beta/contacts/buddylist?migrationRequested=true&federatedContactsSupported=true

The console errors are:

angular.min.js:113 2020-02-05T09:09:03.280Z transportDependencyProviderService: transport can't be initialized, settingsService is enabled - false,
desktop is pluginless - false,
destop is Hwa - true

2020-02-05T09:09:03.607Z cdlwebworker: {"component":"CDLStateMachine","hostRendererId":"cdlwebworker","requestType":"graphql","message":"State machine is erroring out Sync Engine not enabled","errorCode":"Unknown"}

Uncaught (in promise) Sync Engine not enabled

There are more errors, but the rest of them are caused by the failed http requests I've mentioned above.


I've tried clearing cache and unregistering service worker but that didn't helped. The browser is Google Chrome.

Hi there,

Could it be that you have Exchange Hybrid?
I had a sort of same issue with users with on-prem mailboxes, after we migrated them the issues were gone.

If so, do you have the latest cumulative update?

Hello, I have no idea what's "Exchange Hybrid". I'm not very familiar with Microsoft products. It seems to be some kind of a toolset for administrators of Microsoft packages, while I'm an user.

Hi,
Do you have the same issue in other browsers (like Microsoft Edge, Firefox) or desktop client?
I did a test in my environment and it works well. Maybe you can try to delete all the cookies to see if it works.

Hello, on Firefox I'm not even able to log in to the application, it shows me an information that I've been invited to a team and that I should receive a code with confirmation to be able to join the team, and then it shows an error that domain of my email is not working well with Active Directory.
This is very weird to have such differences in how it works in between browsers.

I've alredy cleared cache and restarted service workers like I've stated in my first post. Cookies also didn't helped.
