RDWeb delete folder and apps which don't exist in "RemoteAPP Programs"

Hello,

I have problem with RDWeb. I got this configured and works after some users, now I want to do some cleanups, but when I want remove some not in use applications or folders from RDWeb view I don't see them in REMOTEAPP PROGRAMS (window in Server Manager). Some Applications I see there and some not, is there any other place to remove them from website ?

Got it!

Someone left old registry keys after test instance, so only what I needed was to delete old instance from "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Terminal Server\CentralPublishedResources\PublishedFarms\"
