Azure stack development kit- deployment issue

Hello Team,

I am getting below issue while deploying the azure stack on the Azure VM.
Can you please help me to fix it?

I found a thread on a similar issue here.

Summarized below:

"DSC errors can be very hard to figure out. Your best bet is to first try a -rerun and see if the error has resolved. If you are using HDD storage and not SSDs, it can take a long time to get through some steps but several reruns are needed to get through the installation.

If the reruns get the same error over and over, your next step will be to completely re-download and reinstall the ASDK. If the error persists then, please let me know and we can attempt to look deeper into why these errors are occurring. DSC errors tend to be quite tedious."

Also, I would recommend giving another approach a try to re deploy the custom policy using below docs:

Hello ,

Thanks for the update, I tried couple of re-run but it was still having same so I had tried with re-installation also but same. :(
Let me try again with multiple runs and I will let you know.
