Deactivated email (previous employer)

Hi,

I did a few Microsoft educator center courses and got certificates, the account i used was from my previous employer. I am unable to login to my profile to retrieve my certificates because the email seems to have been deactivated. I would like to get all my progress into my own email address so i can continue with the courses i had left to get badges.

Can you please assist me to retrieve my progress and certificates and move them to passiethapelo@outlook.com
