@DannyBorland-2437 Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, did you mean that you want to enable Windows Key hotkeys, such as windows+P? If there is anything misunderstanding, please correct me.
For this issue, I have done some research. I find that there is a setting "Turn off Windows Key hotkeys" in Administrative Templates. For more details about it, please refer to the following article:

Thank you so much but this is for hot keys in general, I was wanting to enable just 1
@DannyBorland-2437 Currently, there is no such setting to just enable or disable Windows+P. What intune can do is based on CSPs. However, it seems there is no such CSP to configure just 1 hotkey.
