Are you seeing any log files in the Event Viewer?
@Reza-Ameri This i started seeing since 2 months. I shall attach the Even viewer logs here.

To help diagnose poll sessions to the MDM server or device management issues in Windows 10 devices managed by an MDM server, you can examine the MDM logs collected from the desktop.
Starting with the Windows 10, version 1511, MDM logs are captured in the Event Viewer in the following location:
Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostic-Provider
Once you get the log you can get some insights on which is causing the issue.
