Is there any possibility to monitor or log read access in azure ad / portal?

as the title shows, my question is Is there any possibility to monitor or log read access in azure ad / portal? like audit log on steroids?

I am not aware of a method to increase the logging level seen in the AAD and Azure Activity logs. You might consider using one of the many feedback options in the portal to submit a feature request. Assuming read access is not currently logged.
