as the title shows, my question is Is there any possibility to monitor or log read access in azure ad / portal? like audit log on steroids?

Andrew Blumhardt 9,576 Reputation points Microsoft Employee2022-04-26T12:59:51.047+00:00 I am not aware of a method to increase the logging level seen in the AAD and Azure Activity logs. You might consider using one of the many feedback options in the portal to submit a feature request. Assuming read access is not currently logged.
