How to develop winform project resolution independent

Recently i faced a problem regarding resolution . suppose i have a form which is not maximized and at the bottom area of the form has label. in some pc that label is visible but in some pc label is not visible. see the screen shot of the form.

please advise that how to design form as a result all control should be visible irrespective of pc resolution. looking for advise and suggestion for writing code. if possible please add a routine which would make my form resolution independent. thanks
