Unable to create new Terms and use (AAD Conditional Access)

Dear All,

I have a requirement to create Azure Active Directory Terms and use (New terms).

I got conditional Access admin rights and E5 license. Still unable to create new terms with the error create option is Grayed out

Have you uploaded your terms of use PDF document and complete all other required fields? Can you send on a full screen shot of the entire settings page?

@AlanKinane Yeah I uploaded the PDF file and filled out the necessary information.

You need to fill out every field.

I can see the default language, display name and duration before re-acceptance required (days) fields are still blank.
