4 BSOD in one month! help

Hello.
I need help i got BSOD 4 times this month, three of them were 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000004, 0x000000000000012c, 0xffffc682f55d0040, 0xffff8502cda9f840)
and the other one was 0x0000001a (0x000000000000003f, 0x0000000000009d27, 0x00000000691d3a78, 0x00000000a0815c19)

please I need help I'm afraid that something might happen to my pc.

Please perform the following steps:


1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

chkdsk /b /v


C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y


Running these chkdsk switches can take significant time and can run overnight.



2) Uninstall Malwarebytes using the applicable uninstall tool:

3) Malwarebytes can be installed after the completion of the troubleshooting (at least three days without unexpected shutdowns and restarts)


4) Run

Post a share link using one drive, drop box, or google drive.


5) Run Memtest86 for two tests of four passes (total eight passes)

Take pictures and post images or share links into this thread.
Memtest86 has a feature to create a text report.
If possible, include the text reports with the images.



6) Report any hardware related to Wuxi China Resources



7) Run HD Tune: (free or trial version)

Post images for results on these tabs:
a) Health
b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan


8) Upgrade the BIOS: 2423 > 2604

I can understand you are getting multiple BSOD errors on your Server.

0x0000009f = The DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE bug check has a value of 0x0000009F. This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.

  1. Remove any unnecessary hardware such as external hard drives, headphones, cameras, USB drives, etc. Sometimes, blue screens are triggered by faulty devices or device operators.

  2. It's highly likely that the root cause of any given Blue Screen of Death is a failing piece of hardware. If a test fails, replace the RAM in your computer or replace the hard drive as soon as possible

  3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.

  4. Cleanup below Temp folders to cleanup cache
    C:\Windows\Temp
    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp

  5. Run Disk Cleanup from Select C:\ Drive from Properties- > General -> Disk Cleanup - >Cleanup system files

  6. Run sfc /scannow

  7. Run below DISM command from elevated prompt.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

  1. Driver Verifier monitors Windows kernel-mode drivers and graphics drivers to detect illegal function calls or actions that might corrupt the system. Verify all drivers using below command

verifier.exe /all

  1. Uninstall and Install Latest version of Video drivers.

  2. Run Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool from windows to check Memory related errors.

Nice progress.


First scannow: Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.

Second scannow: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
