OCR v3 release details - performance

Hello
New here so hello. Reading about Microsoft's Computer Vision 3.0 releases and the release notes talk about

"General performance and AI quality improvements"

Are there any details around these improvements?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum! I don't think there is OCR v3 version, could you please share the note you see?

The latest release note is for V3.2 is here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/updates/cognitive-services-new-computer-vision-api-v32-now-generally-available/

it doesn't matter about the exact release it says from version v2.x to v3.x there were general performance and AI improvements, I'm trying to find details on those?
