"Feature Unavailable" The Microsoft Report Viewer 2012 Redistributable is required for this feature.

Hi, I have WSUS on a Server 2019 server and when selecting a status link I receive "Feature Unavailable" The Microsoft Report Viewer 2012 Redistributable is required for this feature." I download this package and start the install but then get the following message "Setup is missing an installation prerequisite: Microsoft System CLR Types for SQL Server 2012". I downloaded CLR Types and installed successfully but still get the same "Setup is missing an installation prerequisite: Microsoft System CLR Types for SQL Server 2012" message when trying to install The Microsoft Report Viewer 2012 Redistributable. Any help appreciated.

Hi, I already went through these steps. I have SQL 2019 installed. The link indicated for the Feature pack is for SQL 2012 and it only downloads a text file indicating instructions which does not seem to explain what I need.
