SqlServer dynamic data masking per selected row

Can Sql Server Dynamic Data Masking be applied on specific rows?
Ex. based on a date column value falling within a range, another column in that row will be (or not) masked?

If not, what are the other options?

I'm sure this has been addressed before, but i can't find any info on this.

No, that is not possible. This is something you would need to implement yourself.

Overall, Dynamic Data Masking is basically an application helper; it is not really a security feature.
