Hi @Manohar-1482

Do you use OneDrive to sync SharePoint Server?
Please check whether you can sign into OneDrive Online.

It's recommended to go to local OneDrive folder, check OneDrive icons beside with files.
If there is any files with red cross, please move it out of OneDrive folder.

Then I suggest you unlink account, close onedrive and relink it for testing, check whether files can be downloaded or synced again.
If it does not help, I would suggest you uninstall it, reboot your machine to install it.

Hi Manohar-1482,

When there is an issue with onedrive and you try to install a version over it without uninstall it you get that error, its very common.

Lets try to completely uninstall OneDrive:
1. Open Command Prompt in Administrator mode: Right-click on the Windows icon in the taskbar and select Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Type in taskkill /f /im OneDrive.exe to terminate any OneDrive processes and hit Enter.
Then type in either %SystemRoot%\System32\OneDriveSetup.exe /uninstall if you’re using 32-bit Windows 10 or %SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\OneDriveSetup.exe /uninstall if you’re using 64-bit Windows 10 and hit Enter.

After that restart the pc and try to install again the recent version.
