Why are all partitions (power bi premium incremental refresh) showing 0 rows?

Hi guys,
I'm trying to see my partitions row count for a Power BI Premium dataset that is using incremental refresh. However they all show up as 0. I'm connecting to the dataset using SSMS and it does show all the partition names but for #rows, they're all 0. I know they have data because the report is working and updating as expected.

I'm hoping this is an easy fix where I just need to enable something. Any ideas?
