We are getting an HTTP 500 internal server from Exchange servers IIS logs. where showing user names some NA and some Exchange Health mailbox. and out ECP and OWA are working fine. is there any issue or we can ignore this error or need anything checked.
Typically, the reason could be an improper configuration of the device. It think it's not dangerous if everything works fine.
You can still try the following troubleshooting tips.
Since health mailboxes are used for monitoring Exchange server health, to me it is the expected behavior (I can also find similar events generated in my lab).
As long as you don't have actual problems with Exchange, it would be safe to ignore it.
