AVD - The network connection between the Azure Virtual Desktop client and the service was unexpectedly interrupted.

Hi. Some of my users are disconnecting from AVD multiple times a day. Thought I would post here to see if there can be any help. Please see attached.196792-errors.png

Hello @Tech-0763 ,
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft QnA.
I understand that this issue is being caused to a subset of users.
Could you please specify how are the users connecting to the AVD, are they using the Remote Desktop client or web client?
If the users are using the Remote desktop client, what is the version and did you check if the client is updated to its latest version?

Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks.

Hi @Tech-0763 , is this happening to a specific set of users? Seems like log analysis needs to be done for this kind of issue. There seems to be no specific cause that I can point to without having a look at log at this moment, but have you checked this thread?
I would also suggest you to open a support request as this needs further investigation. Let me know if you have a support plan enabled? If not, I can help you with a one time free support. Thank you.

Hi. I have seen that thread, I was going to include that in my original post but forgot. I have tried their suggestions, nothing worked.

Yes, whatever next steps are I would like to proceed. I do not have a support plan enabled. If you could help me with a one time free support that would be great.

Thanks!
