No dial pad

Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this

We have a user called Anna who has a license for teams calls (externally) however her dial pad is not showing up.

I have run the scripts to enable the dial pad and it goes through but does not seem to be working

    Hi @IBN

    Here are the five possible causes of this issue:

    • The user hasn't assigned a Teams license.
    • The user hasn't assigned a Calling Plan.
    • The user hasn't enabled Enterprise Voice.
    • The user is in Islands mode.
    • The OnlineVoiceRoutingPolicy value isn't set correctly for the user.
