My windows 11 desktop is blank
The task bar has no clock
NO windows will open, not task manager, not anything.
Ctrl+Alt+Del = Black screen of doom.

Since when this problem started?
Did you install any update or make any change to your PC before this problem started?
Do you see the mouse pointer?
This problem started after first reboot.
This is all on a new build.
I installed
Asus Armory Crate
Firefox
ANd the latest NVidia Driver for my video card
In the last hour I re-installed Win11
Re-Installed Asus armory crate
Re-Installed Firefox.
Have Done every Windows Update there is.
Have restarted with no problem.
Have Not reinstalled latest Nvidia driver Yet.

Boot into Safe Mode and see if the problem persists?
Open start and run the Command prompt as administrator and then type the following command:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and let it runs.
NO windows will open, not task manager, not anything.
I mean NOTHING would open. Oh they would open into a taskbar icon, But never into a window.
There was literally nothing that could be done. CTRL+ALT+DEL just went to a black screen, No windows would open, no CMD Prompt, no task manager, no explorer, no nothing.
I went and reinstalled an haven't' had another problem. And short of being told This computer was incompatible with Win11 (had to fix that in BIOS) It reloaded, Ive updated everything there is to update and have had it going for about 36hrs now.
Only problem left is with the RGB fans. And that problem is on Thermaltake.
ok it's done it again.
Must be a setting. Oddly I managed to get a window open. But all my desktop Icons are gone.

As this is a new boot I would suggest you try the clean install as it seems the entire Windows component might be corrupted.
