Gadgets hide and show

Hello.
is there any way to hide and show only the gatgets on the windows 7 desktop?

Right click on an empty area of the desktop. Select View->Show Desktop Gadgets (it was selected after you hit Window+G, and now will be unselected).

Minimize all windows, and right-click on an empty area of the desktop
Choose "View" from the context menu
If a checkmark is not currently displayed next to "Show desktop gadgets"

If you remove the checkmark it will hide the desktop gadgets.
