Import Failed Dry Run - You should bring your Azure DevOps Server collection back online, so your team can continue to work

I try to Import a Collection to DRY Run, but after 3 hours from start the import failed, and show me this error:

It looks like we encountered a problem importing your collection. You should bring your Azure DevOps Server collection back online, so your team can continue to work. Then, please reach out to customer support to see what went wrong.

Organizartion Name: {OrganizationName}-Dry

Azure DevOps is currently not supported in this Microsoft Q&A platform and these are currently supported products. You may ask Azure DevOps related questions in this developer community / via this Azure DevOps services support.
