Windows occasionally fails to reset the disk

hi everyone, I'm using the Chinese version of Windows 2012 and the English version has the same problem.

Four Samsung NVME SSDs were created, but the reset operation failed;

Not all of them fail, some fail, and nowhere is found to reinitialize;

In the device management, you can only see that it has been initialized.
