Azure P2 licence trial

Hi All,

I enabled an Active Directory Premium P2 licence trial on an Azure subscription on 27 04 2022.
I have added a P2 licence to my native Azure account 27 04 2022.
I logged onto the Azure tenancy this morning.

When I navigate the Active Directory service, I receive error message:

Experiencing authentication issues. The experience rendered may be degraded.

Additional information from the call to get a token:

Extension: Microsoft_AAD_IAM

Resource identity diagnostics

Details: code 0, statusText: error, message: ajaxExtended call failed, stack: AjaxError: ajaxExtended call failed.

Anu assistance would be appreciated.

Hi @davidwrafter-5889,

There is an open bug right now affecting multiple customers and causing this error. An investigation is going on and I will update you when there is a resolution, but I don't think this is related to your P2 license.

Hi @DavidWrafter-8948,

I reached out to the owners of the incident and they said that the issue should be resolved now. Some people may have seen residual impact due to cached metadata, but a refresh was pushed so that issue should be resolved as well.

Could you try again and let me know if you are still receiving the same error?

If the issue is not yet resolved for you, let me know and we can sync over email for further troubleshooting.

Thanks,

Marilee
