Forgot the microsoft account through which i cleared the certificate

I cleared the AZ-900 certificate last year i.e. on 1st April 2021. I have forgotten which microsoft account i used for the same. My certificate number is H741-2412 & issued in the name of Vikrant Goswamy. Can you please help.
