i have external customer sharing a folder with me via onedrive .
initially i can access the folder no problem . (meaning the email below contains the link where i can access the folder)
However if i close the webpage and try to re-access the folder its no longer available .
if i go to my onedrive portal and check under "shared" i cannot see this folder
Is this a setting somewhere in our teams admin panel? seems weird.
When i go back to the original email its empty.
