How to via LinkdIn API get and reply to comments on LinkedIn ads?

U can get and reply to comment on your shares via the socialActions API.
However, I could not find similar APIs for ads.
I wish I to have an acees to ads socialActions - to read comments and reply to them (via webhook even better).

Is there a way to do that?
