I cannot retire/wipe device in Intune.
I am getting the following error :
I am not a Intune Admin/Global Admin. However in previous instances I have Retired devices hence I have the required permission for Retire.

For this issue, we appreciate your help to try some actions:
1.Please try to retire another device using the same user and check if it is successful.
2.Please check if the user has any role in Users > Select the target user > Assigned roles.
