SharePoint Site Permission Replication

Hi, we have a need to replicate permission for entire site collection as follow:

Existing account: Acme\account1
Replication account: Acme\user1

Criteria: find in entire site collection if it detect Acme\account1, then place Acme\user1 in the same list/libraries, sites, subsites where Acme\account1 existed

You could follow PowerShell in below article to replace user permission.
