Hello

Please i need help on this.

The problem is that when we try to authenticate as a student, we get the following error “Your email domain is not currently registered with us. You can choose another verification method.”

Our students are using the Google platform but should be able to use their private accounts and verify themselves as students.

    Hello @IBN .

Our documentation states: You must verify your academic status through your organization's email address.

From my understanding, you need to link perform the steps found at this link to create a Microsoft account, and associated with your student email address. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/education-hub/azure-dev-tools-teaching/troubleshoot-login#create-a-new-microsoft-account

From what I can tell Azure for Students requires Azure Dev Tools for teaching, which states in the FAQ:

Why can’t I purchase Azure Dev Tools for Teaching?
Azure Dev Tools for Teaching is now only available to redeem if you have a Volume Licensing (VL) agreement with Microsoft. If you have a VL agreement with Microsoft and are still having issues redeeming, please contact support. For more information on Volume Licensing for Education, please visit https://aka.ms/ees

This link https://aka.ms/ees will have all the details for purchasing the relevant licenses.
