SCOM 2022 upgrade from 2019. SSRS problems.

The installer moans about upgrading the SSRS instance. I upgraded SQL from 2016 --> 2019. I uninstalled SSRS 2012 as part of that process and have installed SSRS 2017 and SSRS 2019 and NEITHER get past this message.

I am on the verge of a £200 Microsoft phone call. Has anyone upgraded to SCOM 2022 yet?

MS system requirements for SCOM 2022 are met as far as i can see. (I have tried SQL 2019 RTM then CU16. As well as SSRS 2090 RTM & April 22 release and SSRS 2017 April 22 release).

As Kevin said on r/scom : show us the install log, that will give us much more details about what's happening
