After doing some lab experiment.the portal showed "You do not have any Azure subscriptions in the University of Kelaniya (kln.ac.lk) directory. Click here to switch to another directory.".
But still i have usd 98.00 also.How i can get it back

@MADURANGA-3285 Were you testing subscription transfer from one tenant to another by any chance ?? Can you try switching to another directory using the settings button on the portal ?
As I understand you were looking to access your azure subscription where you still have $98 . You are getting the message that you do not have any subscription in the university's directory . Every Azure subscription is always associated with a directory . You can try to change the directory by going to the portal https://portal.azure.com/#settings/directory and it will show you which all user accounts you are part of . Once you are at the link , please click on switch option as you see below to the relevant directory and it will help .
