Hi,
I recently bought a new laptop, on putting it on I found out that all my photos had gone. I was really upset because they were a lot of my mum who has passed away. I tried everything to get them back. I contacted the shop where I bought my laptop, he said it was easy and would only take 10 minutes. So I bought TooQ 2530B. I was just expecting to plug it into my laptop, but on looking at the instructions, well I am totally lost.
Could anyone explain in simple language just what I should do?
