I am eligible for the Microsoft Home Use Program, but when I checked the eligibility the first time, the MS Windows page from which I started the process was log in by a secondary MS account and not the main one.
I need to change the account with the main one, because it's the one that has got already a subscription for MS 365 Family package, so to apply the discount to the active subscription.
Please, how can I reset the original request from my company email, associating the proper MS account or can I change the MS account associated with my company email already "approved"?
