AVD Host Not starting After Upgrade and Reboot.

Hi Team,

I have setup 2 Hosts. Both are running Windows 10
1. AVD-Host-0
2. AVD-Host-1

During a Patching Schedule, I updated the Windows 10 to the latest version and restarted the system (Usual Process).
1. AVD-Host-0 was rebooted properly and started to work again. The VM status was running with visibility to what OS running and Widows Agent Status: Ready showing Proper Version.
2. AVD-Host-1 Machine However Updated and Rebooted, on the Azure Portal, VM status shows Running, but not able to connect or RDP into the Machine.
AVD Azure Agent Status: Not Ready
Version: Unknown.

What could be the Root cause for this and have can i resolve it? Pleas advise.
