How to update Intune Line of Business Application

I have an updated a line of business application in Intune as per this link. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/lob-apps-windows#update-a-line-of-business-app.

I updated the MSI and the portal now shows version 1.0.1 instead of 1.0.0.
None of the PCs however are actually updating, although the application is listed as required on all devices.
Have I missed a step? Currently, the "Ignore app version" setting is set to no.

@ZacAvramides-9858 Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, I know that we have created a policy to update Intune LOB application but it is not successful. If there is anything misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

Firstly I have some questions need to be clarified:
1, Can you provide more specific information, such as a screenshot of the policy configuration.
2, Is the system version win11? If yes, can you try installing it on a win10 device, as expected?
3, Have you take a look at the intunemgt logs to detect what could happen?

Thanks in advance.

Systems are Windows 10.
There is a LoB app deployed to machines as required. I manually uninstalled it on the machine, and now want to trigger a reinstall of it via Intune.
Sorry I am new to Intune so which logs do you mean?

@ZacAvramides-9858 Reinstalling an app does not require creating an update policy, since it has been uninstalled and the previous version of the app does not exist on the device, so the update will not take effect, you'd better push a required LoB again and wait for the installation. Please see
