DeviceTvmSoftwareEvidenceBeta not working in KQL.

Please recommend an alternative data schema.

@KrishnanTANDAVANE-1629 Welcome to Microsoft Q & A Community Forum. The DeviceTvmSoftwareEvidenceBeta table was added on a short-term basis in advanced hunting to allow you to view evidence of where a specific software was detected on a device. There is currently a feature request for the mentioned table. I can tell you that this is being actively worked on, however there is no ETA as of now for when the tables will be available.
